Innovative Urns, LLC offers the following Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will give you your money back once the item has been returned. It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back to us in the condition it was received and to pay for the return shipping. Please note, we are here to help you. We will not hassle you in the event you wish to return your item and you will receive a full refund. The only exceptions, we cannot accept returns on urns that have had ashes placed in them or urns that have been personalized.
