Innovative Urns, LLC offers the following Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we will give you your money back once the item has been returned. It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back to us in the condition it was received and to pay for the return shipping. We cannot refund the original shipping cost.

We cannot accept returns on urns that have had ashes placed in them or urns that have been personalized or had emblems applied. We cannot accept returns on discontinued items.
