Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. You will also receive a tracking number once the item has been shipped.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. In order to keep our customer's costs down, we pay a portion of our customers shipping costs.
Q: How can I sell these cremation urns in my funeral home?
A: We have launched our wholesale site for funeral professionals. All you have to do is, 1. be a verified funeral professional, and, 2. create an account to login and receive wholesale pricing on all of our products by clicking on "Register" in the upper right hand corner of the home page. We recommend funeral homes order a floor model to display for their customers. Once a customer purchases our cremation urn from you, you can login to our website and order it for them! If you can see the item on our website, that means it is in stock. If any item is out of stock, it will disappear from the website automatically until it is restocked.
Q: What are keepsake urns?
A: Keepsake urns generally hold a small amount of ashes. This is done so that family and friends can share the ashes of their loved ones. See our Guitar Keepsake Urn for more details.
Q: How soon can I have my urn delivered?
A: You can choose 2 day or standard ground (5-7 days) shipping at checkout. We do our best to ship out orders on the day you place them. Please remember, items ordered on Sundays or Holidays will ship out the next business day. We are also immediately notified via email, routed to our cell phones, when an order is placed.
Q: How do I know what size of an urn I need?
A: It's simple, one pound of the person's weight equals one cubic inch of urn space. For example, our stainless steel urns hold up to 335 cubic inches. That equals a person's weight up to 335 pounds.
Q: Can I get my urn engraved?
A: We have decided not to include engraving services at this time. We recommend following this link to get a customized engraved plate that looks stunning on our stainless steel urns, we recommend ordering the 4" by 2" plate with adhesive backing: http://www.plaquemaker.com/Plates/Steel_Name_Tags.html
